Internet Evangelization - Papal Support
Pope John Paul II, provided the following message in 2002 on the use of the Internet as a forum for proclaiming the Gospel. As the St. Francis de Sales Association launches this website in 2009 and "open our doors" to the world, it is fitting that we reflect upon these words of support and encouragement for this effort in global evangelization. Pope Benedict XVI has also encouraged using new technologies including creation of a Vatican You-Tube channel and in his World Communications Day Messages 2009 and 2010. We are in good company!
